Canby man makes special bowls through unique process

Borg works on one of his bowls.
It all started with a sailboat in Alaska. Canby wood turner Mel Borg and his brother Philip, owner of Borg Construction, built a 55-foot sailboat, the interior crafted from teak and Alaskan yellow cedar.
