Crew rejects Canby School District achievment compact

Using a philosophy that may not match the compact’s original intent, the new Oregon education chief tells one third of the state school districts to rewrite their target goals for student performance

Canby School District is one of 70 districts in the state ordered by Oregon Chief Education Officer Rudy Crew to rewrite its academic goals outlined in the newly required state achievement compact.
