With dollar bills raised high, the first Canby "Cash Mob" experience went well during last week's First Friday event. The "mob" reached upwards of about 45 people and hit Lady Bug Chocolates as the designated business. The program is expected to help local businesse significantly.
As large as the crowd was Friday night, the impact those people had then – and possibly the future – was larger.
