Senior Jake Stigall won his second state title of his career on Saturday with a 17-4 major decisio in the 126-pound finals.
PORTLAND -- Jake Stigall leaned up against the wall with the top half of his singlet off in the dark hallway of the Memorial Coliseum and breathed a huge sigh of relief.
