Issues with the smell emanating from Canby Public Works wastewater sludge dryer continue. The dryer, which turns liquid waste into a solid fertilizer-like substance, had raised the ire of local neighbors the last few months as an acrid smell from the moisture taken from the sludge drifted into the nearby residential areas.
