Randy Scott McCoy was arrested early Friday morning with the help of a Canby K-9 unit.
A Canby K-9 team assisted Oregon State Police and Clackamas County Sheriff's deputies in the arrest of a southeast Portland man early Friday morning after he attempted to elude officers on Interstate 5 near Wilsonville.
