flunk a class, get mandatory tutoring

Freshmen and eighth-graders who are flunking any class must join an after-school tutoring program.

Baker Prairie Middle School is joining Canby High School this year in implementing an after-school program that requires any  CHS freshman who is failing any class at the mid-trimester progress to attend a bi-weekly after-school tutoring intervention program.
