The Canby School District is looking for input on sex, sexual activity and other aspects of family and teenage life that would affect decisions made regarding the School-Based Health Center.
The Canby School District has put its School-Based Health Center Survey for Parents and Community on the district website, and Superintendent John Steach is hopeful that Canby people will take a moment to fill it out.
