It was a day of busy hands building birdhouses in Cynthia Jarmer’s second-grade classroom Wednesday. Thanks to Carl Stuart, a grandfather of one of the Eccles Elementary School students in the classroom, kids teamed together with the willing help of parent volunteers to build a sturdy wooden birdhouse.
