Sophomore Lucas Randall won his second straight state championship, and is still undefeated in high school and has a goal of becoming a four-time state champion.
PORTLAND — Donning the same singlet his father wore to win a state title exactly 20 years ago, Jake Stigall was not going to be denied his chance at making history.
