Aurora Police Chief Brent Earhart has 60 days to respond to a state recommendation to revoke his certification. Revocation would mean Earhart could never again be a police officer in Oregon.
The Oregon Board on Public Safety Standards and Training unanimously adopted a committee recommendation Thursday to revoke the state certification of Aurora Police Chief Brent Earhart.
