The vehicle veered off Highway 211 and overturned in a creek, with the driver, Cody Allen Loop, 18, of Canby, pinned inside. Loop died at the scene.
A Canby man died and a Molalla man was seriously injured in a Sunday morning single-vehicle accident on Highway 211 southwest of Colton.
