Canby High School senior Justin Sievers (right) returns as an All-Pacific Conference first-team selection in the outfield for the Cougars. Sievers, along with senior Cody Smith, are the two senior leaders for Canby entering coach Grant Boustead’s second season.
Normally the loss of 10 talented seniors would signify a rebuilding season the following year.However, for the Canby baseball team, it expects to not only be competitive, but contend for the Pacific Conference championship.
