Aurora settles water lawsuit

Suit centered around Clean Water Act violations

The city of Aurora has agreed to a consent decree resolving a Clean Water Act violations lawsuit filed by Willamette Riverkeeper and Aurora residents Aaron Reed and his mother, Angie Reed.
