City finishes transportation system plan

Proposal includes one-way streets downtown, but only if revitalization efforts succeed and create traffic problem 20 years out

The city of Canby has finished updating its Transportation System Plan. The 185-page final draft prepared by consultants DKS Associates will be the subject of two public hearings scheduled next month.
