Commissioner Jim Bernard showed pictures of the Minneapolis St. Paul bridge collapse during his deliberation on whether or not to pass a $5 vehicle registration fee for reconstruction of the Sellwood Bridge.
The Clackamas County Commissioners unanimously approved a $5 annual vehicle registration fee that will go toward rebuilding the Sellwood Bridge.
