Keith Isley has been involved in the rodeo business for nearly 38 years — 16 of them as part of the PRCA circuit. He is well-known for his horse acts, trick roping and dog act.
It has been awhile since Keith Isley has entertained Canby Rodeo fans. But Isley will make his return to the Clackamas County Fairgrounds this year better than ever.
