Canby dad, son arrested Tuesday
Pair charged in pot bust

Canby Police arrested a father and son on drug charges after executing a search warrant at their North Third Street home Tuesday.

Troy J. Cromwell, 43, and his son, Tory J. Cromwell, 20, were arrested on charges of possession and distribution of marijuana. They were lodged in the Clackamas County Jail.

During the search by police detectives and the tactical entry team, officers found marijuana, packaging materials and drug paraphernalia.

Two 16-year-old boys were at the home at 399 N. Third St. during the search.

One was another son of Troy Cromwell who does not live with his father and was visiting. Neither juvenile was charged.

The case has been referred to the Clackamas County District Attorney's Office.
