Goldie J. Flack
Goldie J. Flack, 92, of Canby, died June 22, 2006.
She was born Sept. 14, 1913, in Scranton, N.D., the first of four children of Samuel and Alice King. She graduated from Starkweather (N.D.) High School and later earned a teaching degree. Her first teaching job was in Milton, N.D., where she met Fred Flack. They married Aug. 29, 1938. He died May 18, 2004. They were married 65 years.
She is survived by son Keith F. Flack of Oakridge, daughters Dianne J. Weller of Oregon City and Kaye F. Fischer of Sundre, Alberta, Canada; 10 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services were held June 26 at Canby Alliance Church.
